Launch of the Mary Kihn Hospitality Training for the Deaf

We are back at training in 2022 kicking off at the Mary kihn School for the Deaf.

Last year course was a huge success and we felt we needed to do more for the deaf and special needs communities. 

You can find us teaching on Thursdays and Fridays at the school in Observatory where we have taken on 20 students. Teaching them the basics of cooking, baking, chef skills, service, bar training and what we value as critical for our youth is entrepreneurship skills, how to start a business, market it, make the product and package it.

Its never too late to learn something new!

With our new classes we are picking up and learning sign language as we teach and unlock the huge amount of potential in these enthusiastic students who now see that the world is their oyster...
