Potjie Class...

Our 2021 students had a blast learning how to make two different Potjies.

• A Traditional Chicken Curry Potjie 
• A  Apricot Chicken Potjie  

Our 4 students got to learn how to portion a chicken, how to make a curry paste from start to finish and make it Gluten Free all before putting their knife skills into action and cutting up all the veg we needed. 

They got hands on experience cooking and making fire and preparing the potjies for cooking. 

We can happily say the Parents were blown away with their takeaways and knowing dinner was all sorted after a long day of class.
