Terms & Conditions of using Signature Hospitality

Return Policy update 2020 / 2021

1.The Customer will inspect and check all Products received on delivery with receipt and notify Signature in writing of any shortage in quantity, defect, incorrect specification, damage or products not in accordance with the Customer’s Order. The Customer is responsible for checking that Products correspond with those Ordered prior to use at Delivery. After use or expiry or of the time stated herein the Product shall be deemed to be free from any defect or damage at delivery as well as return.

2. The Customer agrees that it will not return any of the Products without first informing Signature and either obtaining approval from a duly authorised officer of Signature or so that a Returns Authorisation (“RA”) number may be issued by the Company for valid returns.

3. No credit or replacement will be given unless and until Products so returned have been verified as being valid for return or are defective and are returned with approval from a duly authorised officer of Signature. An administration and restocking fee shall be debited to the Customer’s account where the returned Products prove to be not defective or not otherwise valid for return.

4. All freight, handling and other charges in relation to returning Products (other than Products defective or not ordered) are the responsibility of the Customer.

5. Dry Goods ordered have a Return date of 4 working days after delivery has been taken by the Customer.

6. Frozen Goods shall be inspected on delivery as stated herein this policy update and No Frozen goods shall be Returned after Delivery has taken place unless its stock that was not ordered by the Customer. This is due to Temperature control restrictions on Frozen Goods.

7. Fresh Goods shall be inspected on delivery as stated herein this policy update and No Fresh Goods shall be Returned after Delivery unless its stock that was not ordered by the Customer. This is due to Perishable control stock procedures.

8. This Returns policy update can be updated at any given time without prior notice to its customers who use Signature Services, Products Websites and or Online Stores.
