A coffee designed to explore 

We are excited to finally launch our Uncharted Coffee Range, and we will be launching with our Brass Monkey just in time for winter.

The Uncharted Series ( Brass Monkey, Explorer & Camper) has been in development for almost a year with a huge amount of collaborative work and design development being put in to this Fantastic Brand, And has already captured the attention of many avid coffee drinkers, who have been waiting in anticipation for this launch. 

We have huge thanks to our brand and label designer Andrew Klazinga who managed to capture our Director Nicholas May thoughts and visons for this brand and create the Beautiful art work which has received countless praises on.

We launched a Blog about Uncharted back in September 2020 with a hope of a 2020 launch but decided to push out to 2021 after finding a new suitable Roasting Home and tasting many many many cups of coffee for this much anticipated brand.

Brass Monkey is small batch, Artisanal Roasted Coffee - No computers was used in this process or should we say harmed - Just sight, hearing, smell, timer and taste - back to the basics of roasting. 

We will be launching THIS Weekend (30th May with its first viewings being available at the Phoenix Market in Glencairn) including having machinery that is available for purchase. 

Our First Run will be a Limited Edition Batch being the first official run of the Brass Monkey Coffee range and will be available in a Brown Bag with a Limited Edition Sticker and bag count.  

We will have Roughly 27 Bags only in this First Run available with a few Pre orders already booking their bags!! - orders@signaturehospitality.co.za 

If you want to get your hands on this and cannot make it to market this weekend you can place a Pre Order using the email above, with 1kg and 250g bags being on offer. 

Our second roll out (phase 2) will be the launch into the black bags as seen in the adverts for Uncharted Brass Monkey with possibilities of a flavor tweak here and there. - This is truly a unique and well presented all round Bold Coffee.

Watch This Space - for the launch of Uncharted Explorer and Uncharted Camper scheduled for late in 2021 which will then make this an Impressive and Unique trio of Coffees to enjoy, to Inspire, to explore with.
